Geïnspireerd door een middeleeuwse markt in het zuiden van Frankrijk, creëerde ik de basis voor deze visual. Toen een klant me vroeg “iets speciaals te maken voor mijn flat”, was dit het bijzondere resultaat. Dit werk vormde de basis voor mijn serie Imagination. Ganzen zijn al eeuwenlang de beschermers en hoeders van vele landgoederen en boerderijen. Het zijn trotse vogels met een enorm plichtsbesef naar elkaar. Die plichtsbetrachting straalt van dit beeld af. De plantenstructuur die in dit beeld is verweven geeft het een extra dynamiek.

Inspired by a medieval market in the south of France, I created the basis for this visual. When a customer asked me to “create something special for my flat”, this was the special result. This work formed the basis for my series Imagination. Geese have been the guardians and custodians of many estates and farms for centuries. They are proud birds with an enormous sense of duty to each other. The commitment radiates from this image. The plant structure that is woven into this image gives it extra dynamics.
